Hello Madam, The medical treatment of gall stones takes a lot of time. It might even take years for the size of the stone to reduce. Till then there is no guarantee that the size will decrease or it will remain as it is. Surgery will be the best option as if at all the stone gets an infection, it will be a life threatening condition
