We got our mom report it says 18.5 mm stone in gall bladder and cbd dilated 7.3 mm. Is this serious , should she go with operation or shall take medication to cure ? I have attached her report as well , Please have a look.

Since they have reported as dilated CBD, better do a LFT (blood test) which will help us in diagnosing better. If she is symptomatic for gall stones, i would recommend her to undergo treatment for the same.
