Gall bladder stone

My mom is having stone in gall bladder. Gall bladder appears normal in size and shows multiple calculi in lumen largest of size 10mm. Gall bladder wall thickness is normal. No evidence of any cholecystitis or pericholecystic fluid seen. CRD measures 4mm. She is 53yrs old. Which treatment is best for her.

She needs Laparoscopic removal of gall bladder. Stones can cause serious problems. I suggest go for operation
