My USG report says Gall Bladder wall is grossly thickened, hypoechoic. Calculi seen in lumen. Gall bladder fossa also hypoechoic. What does this mean? What should the treatment be?

According to ultrasound report , you have symptomatic gall bladder stone ( recurrent infection). You should get it removed by a Laparoscopic approach. This may lead to recurrent infection again and rarely pancreatitis.
