My husband got an abdominal scan and was found with GRADE1 FATTY LIVER and GALL BLADDER CONCRETIONS. He recently got operated for peri anal abscess in February 2019. How serious it is? Which doctor to consult? Does it need to be treated medically? Or life style changes are enough?

Hi if there is no upper abdominal pain / post meal fullness / discomfort / upper back pain , then you don't require surgery. This is asymptomatic gall stone. In case you develop any of above symptoms then you require surgery. There is no any medicines in present world to dissolve gall bladder stone.
Next Steps
For Fatty liver,  .he needs to do work out.

For fatty liver only diet and lifestyle changes are enough. 4 gall stones if asymptomatic or no other indication for surgery then they can be managed without surgery. Discuss the issue in details conclusion to be made
