Gall blad & kidney stone

I am having multiple calculi (max 5mm) in gall bladder and single 6mm stone in kidney. It was detected 5 years back with unbearable pain in my abdomen. As i haven't undergo through any pain till now(after first one), so i will prefer it to cure it through medication & controlled diet. I need diet guidance for the same.
