Please consume more raw/steamed/half boiled vegetables. use unfiltered(preferably home made) atta for chapati. have either cow's milk or no milk at all. avoid refined oil/
sugar. avoid packed foods of any kind like biscuits etc. eat more and more fruits in breakfast and evening. eat green vegetables full plate in lunch and dinner. you will see the change.
