Fungus on penis

White colored fungus on the head of my penis and the elastic outer skin is not moving backwards. No chance of bringing the skin back and cleaning.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Could be candidal infection or smegma . If its not getting rid of by washing, then it could be candidal infection for which u will require antifungal creams and tablets
