I have toe nail fungus on my feet. It is inside my toe nail and because of which my nail have been tilting up in the air. It has started to grow in my hand thumb nail also.

It is a fungal infection and can spread to other nails also. You need to visit a dermatologist for appropriate treatment. Your history and other relevant information diabetic status, nutritional status, any drug allergies etc need to be noted. Accordingly treatment will be planned.
