Fungal infection vaginal shape changed

Last week was suffering from extreme itching down there... 3 to 4 days I bear that thought it would go but it didn't and I started feeling my vaginal area swell and Irrated been to gyne she said its fungal infection but wanna know in fungal infection vaginal shape change outer wall looks different.. It's been 3 days since I'm taking medicine and applying medicine down there. After applying medicine I feel urge to itch there n irration..still have that itchy feeling and wanna know can this change shape will be normal again?I'm diabetic type 2 ...plz advise... And how long I have to avoid sex

It's infection with inflammation change the medicine if no relief.  Shape will come  to normal   not to worrie  bring diabetes under control  also   contact through online for details and treatment
