Fungal infection over buttock area

I am having fungal infection on my buttocks area, and was on a medication of itraconazole tablets and Ketoconazole cream for about 3-4 months now as per the prescription of doctor. But problem is while on medication the infection goes away but as soon as I stop taking medicine it comes back. It is like red little dots, Itchy. Please suggest some ayurvedic medicines to finish it off completely.

Dear ,  don't worry  But need to change antifungal as one get resistant , as per allopathy  Other way U can consult  any ayurveda physician u wl get cure definitely Avoid self medication
