My son..he is 3mnth old.. He is suffering from fungal infection on head.. I applied derma dew on head( crown area) dr. Hd recommended spoo sampoo bt its not of any use.. What to apply.. and what to do.. What precautions to take.. please explain.. 🙏

The baby needs to be checked up for severity of infection. It will go away with time  usually  Antifungal shampoos are available but not used at this age.
