It started witch itching in the genitals then redness appeard around it, there was swelling nd boils around the labia majora including LM itself, also the burning sensation was throughout and was unbearable while urination. I’m using panderm+ cream and orally taking itraconazole capsules 100mg twice daily and fexofinadine hydrochloride & montelukast sodium tablets once daily. I’m on medication from last 24 hours. I’m i doing right?
