Fungal infection in nails

Hello.. I m facing problems in my both toe nails and right hand toe and middle finger nail. I m really Scared now if it will spread in all nails. Color is going change and when I cutting my nail so it's not coming in shape. Toe nails look really weired now. Please let me know any treatment for this or it's healable disease or not. Attached pics of toe nails and as same condition of hand toe.
