If its a mild case u can use clotrimazole or terbinafine ointment.
If its longstanding, use luliconazole
Add an antihistamine- tablet levocet 5 mg at night time for itching

Good foot hygiene is equally important: keep feet dry, change socks daily, avoid re-wearing the same shoes every day, wear breathable footwear, and don’t share towels or shoes. 
If no improvement in 2-4 weeks, or if the infection is widespread/thick-skinned, oral therapy may be needed.
