Need to get blood tests done for FSHLH and PRL..i do not have a prescription..how do i go forward in this case?

Go and tell to laboratory person I want to get done LH, FSH, TSH and Serum prolactin level.They will do.No need of doctor prescription.With reports meet to gynaecologist and take her opinion and suggestion.
