Do urine pregnancy test if applicable,do thyroid profile serum prolactin, avoid stress,if preagnency test is negative or not applicable you can take tablets for withdrawal bleeding

FSH / LH ratio is also normal . You can do a pregnancy test. If pregnancy test is negative or not applicable start Tablet Meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days. You will get your periods after you stop taking the Meprate Tablet after 7 days
