Hello doctor My age is 34. My advance semen analysis report days sperm count us 1.7 million Concentration. Total ejaculated 2.89 millions. Teratoma criteria says Normal sperm 3% Scrotal scan shows varicocele. Also FSH level 22. Which is high. How can I reduce my FSH level. Please help what treatment I follow? Will varicocele surgery will improve spermcount
