Frontal lobe shrinkage

My father(50yrs)has been diagnosed with frontal lobe shrinkage after the MRI reports. Despite medication there seems to be no improvement. He doesn't recognise relatives and friends, Lost social ability, Does not sleep well, gets agressive, wants to go out all the time, Lost hygiene, unstable gait, repeats things sometimes, cannot chew or talk ryt.

Looks like dementia. Unfortunately there are not many medicines that can help for dementia. You need to consult a cognitive Neurologist.
