Sir/mam My daughter is 6 yr 11 months old..she lost her front 2 teeth more than month ago ...no new teeth are in sight..what could be the problem any serious thing

Hello. I don't think it is of much concern as time of eruption of this teeth is around 7-8 yrs. But, to be more sure, please get an advice from dentist for your concern.
