Front Neck Pain

Basically I have a front Neck Pain that too on the skin on both sides of the front Neck. I have consulted the doctor and he has ordered for Neck Ultrasound which has come out normal. I just want to know can Ultrasound scan screen for throat cancer and neck cancer if any. My front neck basically get stiffed and there is a pain in both the Jaws. I have an issue of chronic pharyngitis after I drink cold water and ice cream. I have done OPG X Ray also and there is some cavities also both the side plus there is an issue of TMJ pain associated. Please help. Can the pain be because of GERD..?

Have an X-ray lateral view neck done to rule out any obstruction. Moreover,it can be GERD or laryngopharyngeal dysfunction Have Pantop 40mg for 10 days And syrup mucaine 2 teaspoon thrice daily after meals

Good evening Usg neck is seen to visualise the structures in the neck Any tumor can be picked up if its in the neck if suspicious But u needed consultation with detailed history

Throat cancer is not ruled out with pain .. certain symptoms and signs are there which should be evaluated
