From my left eye puss and water coming and some what reddish,not much pain from 4 days.pl suggest medicine.

If this discharge is since many days this could be chronic dacryocystistis ... which normally needs surgery .. But if you are sure that this is since 4 days only this could be conjunctival infection .. Consult any nearby ophthalmologist.. he may prescribe some drops ..

Might be due to conjunctivitis. Please share a close up pic of your eyes with information about pain redness watering discharge itching and blurring of vision Or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Most probably it is a purulent discharge and not frank pus..it could be conjunctivitis..pls post a pic..for the time being try some hot fomentation,e/d moxifloxacin and e/d carboxymethyl cellulose 6 and 4 times respectively.maintain eye and lid hygiene and check for blood sugar.

Need picture of eye to know exact site of pus Can start antibiotics like Moxicip eye drops 4 times a day
