Hlo ma’am,
From what you have shared, there are a few things happening together:
The knee pain after starting Zumba could be due to strain or overuse of joints, especially if you are new to this form of exercise.
Your recent cold, cough, and tonsil infection may also be contributing to your weakness, as the body needs extra energy to fight infections.
Prolonged weakness for a month should not be ignored. Sometimes it can simply be due to nutritional deficiencies, low hemoglobin,
thyroid imbalance, or aftereffects of infection. But rarely, persistent weakness can also point toward other underlying health issues.
My advice to you
Give proper rest to your knee, and avoid high-impact activities till pain fully recovers.
Stay hydrated, eat a balanced diet (with fruits, vegetables, proteins).
Since your weakness is continuing for a month, it is important to consult a doctor for a physical examination and basic blood tests (like CBC, thyroid,
vitamin D,
B12, etc.). This will help rule out anything serious.
Most often, the cause is not very big, but getting checked early is always better for your peace of mind and proper recovery.
I hope it help 🙏
