Frizzy hair

My hair is soft to touch but is extremely frizzy. I have a normal scalp . If I don't wash my hair for two days it starts getting so dry and brittle. I have too many grays so I apply henna once in two months. I try to condition my hair using home remedies but nothing seem to work . Could you please suggest a shampoo and a deep conditioning mask/ conditioner.
