Frequently urination periods delayed

My wife's periods got delayed by 25 days. we had gone through blood and urine tests and no pregnency. Is there any specific reason for frequent urination ? in day time approximately once in half an hour and in night time she is going for urine for every 15 mins. due to this reason she is getting tired and becoming weak with body pains. Kindly let us know if there is any reason for this. Thanks in advance.
