I am frequently having cold, this started occuring since the time I moved to Bangalore in the month of January. I have been using allergy pills(allopathic) to get rid of this problem whenever it happens. I want a proper fix so that this wont repeat so frequently. Kindly suggest. Few symptoms: Whenever I eat/ drink anything cold, whenever I roam in dusty/ smoky areas. My head feels heavy and my mind doesn't work whenever I start getting cold. Kindly suggest. This problem is getting repeated atleast once in a month
