Frequent vomiting and vertigo.

Since morning today am suffering from 2 things. one is frequent vomiting amd the 2nd one is vertigo. my blood pressure is also reading high. i am a diabetic but my blood sugar is under control. what can be the possible cause of this? and what to do  now? my age is 54M.
