I am on medication for UTI Urinary Tract Infection but it reoccurs again and again.sleepless nights...itchy vagina...I need urgent help...I have gone to gynaecologist number of times...but no permanent relief...pls help

Hello, The mainstay of treatment is antibiotics.There is complicated urinary tract infection and uncomplicated UTI, simple UTI subsides with broader spectrum antibiotics but complicated one needs culture and sensitivity , you have to Consult urologist on some higher hospital ,you have recurrence because it's cured completely.
