Frequent urination,Urine colour cloudy and pus cells 15-20/hpf suggests Urinary tract infection.
Get urine culture and sensitivity test, KFT, Usg abdomen and pelvis.. she needs antibiotic..
Check her medication list(? Vitamin C)
