Problem of Frequent urination, shy bladder. How to cure these problem. Penis size is also very small i.e. 2-3cm normal and 4-5cm erect. Will I able to satisfy my partner and pregnant her. Circumcision at the age of 3 due to not urinating for 3 days. Whenever I need to go somewhere I go to urinate in every 2 minutes.

Frequent urination's main cause in your age group is urinary tract infection and also to rule out bladder outlet obstruction. 1st u have to rule out urinary infection and then consult surgeon to rule out outlet obstruction ( stricture urethra etc) For Penis size there are few therapies available which sexologist can guide you.
