Frequent urination in 5 years old boy

My son goes for frequent urination, almost 5-6 times in 15-20 minutes. Also he is bed-wetting in night being a toilet-trained child. He has an increased thirst too. Also he is an over-weighed child. What is the possible cause & treatment for this? Is this natural or a thing to worry about? Is this related to blood sugar or something similar? Please suggest further. I am attaching his pic for your kind reference. Regards!
