Frequent urination

I suffer from frequent urination.I have undergone blood sugar test but reported normal ranges.I also suffer from mild hypertension and bronchial asthma.When I consulted an ayurvedic MD qualifier,he asked me not to worry.I urinate at least once per two hours during waking time.My sleep is normally not disturbed by this urination urge.Kindly guide me on further treatment.
