I have a problem of frequent urination especially at night . Due to this i get disturbed sleep. Kindly suggest what to do

Hello.... Cause of frequent urination at this age is diabetes.. Check your blood glucose level once.. Polyuria, polydipsia and polyphagia are symptoms of diabetes... Other cause is urinary tract infection or bladder overactivity.. If blood sugar is normal consult urologist.
