I am having frequent urination from past two weeks. I dont have any severe thirst as such. I measured my water intake for a day to be 2000ml and urine output is around 1700ml. Normal values of KFT and Urine R/M. PP blood sugar is 108. Urine Osmolarity is 584 Serum Osmolarity is 295. I always have high sodium in the range of 143-144 for past 3 years. Could this be Diabetes Insipidus?

Diabetis insi... is unlikely in your case urine output should be more than 3 l sodium should gradually rise your is consistently in the range of 140 to 145 you can try water deprivation taste where despite drinking Les amount of water urin will not be concentrated then diabetes should be suspected all your symptoms are not fitting in diabetic ins... It could be habitual or due to hi sodium osmolority you have poly urea one good general  consultation will be useful for you
Next Steps
DI is not likely
