I am 20year.female me and my partner planing for a baby, but this night I am feeling urine urge and irritation in my uterus and it’s been more than 20times I used my washroom this night please help.

Might be a UTI , or acidity, take syrup citralka thrice a day for three days and this should help you resolve this issue.
