Hi, she has symptoms of UTI . It is common in girls of this age group. Urine routine test is not enough to decide , clean catch urine culture and sensitivity must be done then antibiotics can be started and ultrasound abdomen can be done to rule out stones in the urinary tract and other causes for pain
Next Steps
Online consultation / visit nearby hospital
