Frequent urination almost once every hou

Have frequent urination, almost once every hour or two. Feel thirsty and drink a lot of water even at night. Also itching in vagina sometime and dryness in vagina, had UTI infection a few times in last couple of months due to frequent travelling. Not sure if completely cured though I followed all the medications. Should I get a pap smear test done or a diabetes check done?
