Dear Doctor I have been facing frequent throat clearing and some times difficult to swallow the saliva, and i have a feel like thick mucus layer in a throat and I'm trying to clear the same.. I have consulted gastroenterologist and as well as ENT for the same issue. Also, I had taken stalopam plus for anxiety. Please advise, how to diagnose that my problem related to gastric issue or anxiety or any neurological problems. Current issue, dry throat, swallowing issue some times, and frequent throat clearing.
