Frequent swelling of throat
For the last 2 months I faced problem of throat swelling. I consulted with ENT doctor and recommend Betadine oral solution for goggling. When I take food in hotels I faced this problem and it goes when I take home foods. Am a frequent traveller. At the time of throat swelling my left year also blocked. Please advise

Hotel dishes will be prepared with lot of ingredients, sausages, flavours, preservatives.
Some of the ingredients may not be suitable for your body, which causing allergic reaction, affecting the throat.
