I had an extraction last year and ever since I get sinus infections that last 2 to 3 months at a time. I usually have to take 2 courses of antibiotics to clear up. Do you think the extraction has done something to my sinuses?

As per your description there might be a possibility of oroantral fistula.. need to be evaluated by local examination and proper investigations..visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
