I have frequent nose bleeds almost once daily. Also there is a foul smell in my mouth always and feels like something is stuck in my throat. I did ct scan and report said "DNS to right" and " bilateral maxillary sinusitis" . The doctor says operation is the only solution. Is there any home remedy or medicine for my condition? I also have rheumatoid arthritis.

As per your description you have chronic rhinosinusitis..need to be treated by antibiotics,nasal spray and other supportive medicines..if not relieved may consider for surgery..
