Hi.. My child aarush 3year 4month old.. He weight 13kg..very thin.. He is not eating properly..he is overactive.he is not digested food watever he eat.. Passing motion 4to 5time daily with snell.. I gave all medicine wit pead. Advice.. 2years same problem.. N weekly he hsving motion problrm.. N sweating of his foot n palm.. Reason.. Pls suggest me gud for my boy
