Frequent headaches, dizziness

I have been having frequent headaches, dizziness now and then, stomach burns and aches, abnormal puffiness in the posterior abdominal region, irregular menstrual flow that comes every other month for the passed 6 months and flow lasts for more than 9 days.

Consult Now
The symptoms belong to three different systems or body, gastritis can cause discomfort in abdomen with headache / dizziness. Irregular menses should be investigated, i would suggest a sonography for the same. Visit a homeopathy doctor who can guide further.
