Hello Needed some advice on the below I have this sudden severe pain behind the head, the 2 glands connecting the neck..This is not regular but when it occurs there's a lot of pain that I experience. Could you kindly suggest on this and if I should opt for any tablets or medicines.. I do not have any such medical condition, but this pain does bother me a lot.

If You have headache , you can use Dolo 650mg along with Cap. Rabez.D after food.
Next Steps
Headache behind the head may be triggered you due to lack of sleep or due to excess of stress or thinking. So check this points and prevent it to re occure.

Take coriander powder one tea spoon , add some Suger, one cardemom  and take it with water before going to bed for 3 days.
