Is there any possibility of me having a migraine because my one side of forehead is throbbing like hell and I don't know what to do. I tried taking normal head ache medicines but to no avail and the thing is it only happens when I am stressed out of something or I just cried the other day. Please answer me. Is there any chance of me having a migraine problem?

Unilateral throbbing headache is one of the characteristic of Migraine. But it’s usually associated with photo and phono phobia, nausea and often followed by vomiting. Duration of headache usually more than 4 hours to 72 hours. Intensity of headache is severe enough. Emotional stress, some environmental conditions, some specific foods, smells can precipitate migraine. Family history of similar headache is positive in many cases. But only one or 2 episodes of throbbing headache may not be migraine. Also You have not provided adequate history.
Next Steps
You better consult with a doctor. You can do a MRI brain to rule out any underlying pathology. Also check your eyes for any refractive error.
Health Tips
If headache is severe enough can take Tab. PARACETAMOL 500 mg SOS. You can do deep breathing and relaxation exercise. Avoid stress or any other precipitating factors. Thanks
