Frequent fever due to stone in kidney

My father is suffering from frequent fever. He is having kidney stone of 9 mm size. His urine test report is as under: RBC=94.20/hpf WBC=15.30/hpf Nitrite=positive Occult Blood=+++/300 Ery/microliter

He is having infection in urinary tract, possibly  pyonephrosis. Get CT scan. If confirmed, it will require drainage.
