To whom this request is concerned, ma'am/sir am very much prone to cough and cold. My nose is getting blocked due to mucus. Am experiencing a little head ache and my body temperature is little bit high. From medical store I bought one medicine named as coldact. I want to know whether this is beneficial for my condition or should I go for some other medicine.

Hello! Your problem could be chronic sinusitis with or without allergic rhinitis, as you are experiencing recurrent problems. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and/ or a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses to evaluate for it, and help in determining the treatment. Antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
