Sir, I am suffering from frequent cold. I am very prone to cold conditions like A. C. Etc. It reapeats almost every month. Pls. Advice.

You are suffering from allergic rhinitis...if you have been taking antihistamines such as cetrizine and still not finding relief...then I suggest you consult an ENT doctor who might put on nasal steroid spray for a month that  will relieve your symptoms.
