Frequent Blister on legs

I am suffering from blisters on my legs. I am a type-II diabetic person. Blisters are usually painless but they happen very frequently. Before one gets cure another one is ready to develop. Please help me in this regard I have consulted with different doctors many times but these blisters just stop for few days. I am looking for a permanent or more reliable solution for the same.
