My son is 2 yrs old had been suffered from vomiiting and loose motion for the past 3 days and now it's stopped and he is quite active now as suggested by physician we are giving him rantac and zinc acetate syrup but he is crying Continuously sometimes due to some pain seems and his stomach is little bit harder but Having free Urination and stool once today evening without any trouble kindly suggest
